Reclaim Your Vitality
Perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS — treated at the root cause, not masked with quick fixes.
You're not crazy. You're not "just getting older." The fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, mood swings, and sleepless nights have a cause — and that cause is treatable. At NOVA Wellness, we restore hormonal balance AND protect your long-term health. Feel better now. Live longer later.

If you checked even a few of these, your hormones may be the cause. The good news? These symptoms are treatable — often dramatically.
What We Treat
Perimenopause & Menopause
The hormonal transition doesn't have to mean suffering. Whether you're in your late 30s experiencing early symptoms or well past menopause, we can help restore balance.
We treat:
- • Hot flashes and night sweats
- • Sleep disruption
- • Mood changes and anxiety
- • Weight gain and metabolic slowdown
- • Brain fog and cognitive changes
- • Sexual health concerns
- • Bone and heart protection
Our approach uses bioidentical hormones (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone) tailored to YOUR body and symptoms — not one-size-fits-all.
PCOS & Cycle Irregularities
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome affects up to 19% of women — and most are poorly managed. We call PCOS what it really is: insulin resistance that starts in the pancreas. Treating just the symptoms misses the point.
We address:
- • Irregular or absent periods
- • Weight gain and difficulty losing weight
- • Acne, hair growth, hair loss
- • Fertility concerns
- • Long-term disease prevention (PCOS increases heart disease and cancer risk)
Our root-cause approach targets the metabolic dysfunction driving your symptoms — not just band-aids like birth control.
Thyroid Optimization
Your thyroid affects everything: energy, weight, mood, hair, skin, temperature regulation, and cognitive function. Yet most doctors only test TSH — missing the full picture.
We evaluate:
- • Full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, antibodies)
- • Optimal ranges, not just "normal" ranges
- • Symptoms alongside labs (you can have "normal" labs and still feel terrible)
Many women are told their thyroid is "fine" while experiencing clear symptoms of hypothyroidism. We dig deeper.
Metabolic & Adrenal Support
Chronic stress, insulin resistance, and adrenal fatigue cause hormone imbalances. You can't optimize hormones without addressing the metabolic foundation.
We assess:
- • Insulin resistance (the hidden driver of weight gain and disease)
- • Cortisol patterns and stress response
- • Blood sugar regulation
- • Inflammation markers
- • Nutrient deficiencies
This comprehensive approach is why our patients see results that "just hormones" clinics can't achieve.
How We're Different
We don't just treat symptoms — we restore optimal function AND prevent future disease.
Advanced Testing
We go far beyond standard labs:
- • Comprehensive hormone panel (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, cortisol, full thyroid)
- • Metabolic markers (fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, lipid particle testing)
- • Inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, homocysteine)
- • Cardiovascular risk (Lp(a), ApoB, ApoA, MPO, LPLA2, cardiac genetic markers, CIMT imaging)
- • Nutrient levels (Vitamin D, B12, iron, omega-3s)
We find what others miss.
Personalized Treatment
Your protocol is designed for YOUR body:
- • Bioidentical estradiol — for mood, skin, bone, heart, brain
- • Bioidentical progesterone — for sleep, calm, and cancer protection
- • Testosterone — for energy, motivation, and libido (yes, women need it)
- • Thyroid optimization — if needed, based on symptoms AND labs
- • DHEA, pregnenolone — as indicated by your specific needs
We start conservative, monitor closely, and adjust based on how YOU feel.
Prevention Focus
BHRT isn't just symptom relief — it's disease prevention:
- • Heart protection — estrogen is cardioprotective when started at the right time
- • Bone health — prevents osteoporosis
- • Brain health — reduces dementia risk
- • Cancer prevention — proper progesterone protects the uterus and reduces risk of hormone-sensitive cancers
- • Metabolic health — optimized hormones support healthy weight
We're adding healthy years to your life.

Common Questions
Is bioidentical hormone therapy safe?
Yes — when properly prescribed and monitored. Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to what your body produces. The outdated fears come from the 2001 WHI study, which used synthetic hormones — not bioidentical. Modern research supports BHRT's safety and benefits.
I've been told I'm too young for hormone therapy. Is that true?
No. Hormone decline can begin in your 30s. If you're experiencing symptoms, earlier intervention often leads to better outcomes and more effective prevention of long-term disease.
How is this different from what my OB-GYN offers?
Most OB-GYNs have limited hormone training and prescribe standard doses of synthetic hormones. We use bioidentical hormones, personalized dosing, comprehensive testing, and integrate cardiovascular prevention — a completely different approach.
Do I need to come in person?
Not necessarily. We serve patients via telehealth in Louisiana, Arizona, Florida, Maine, and Virginia. More states coming soon.
